SHIPPING POLICY

At Ethos Streamlined Performance, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly as possible so you can start training. Please review our shipping details below.

1. PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CST) will be processed and shipped the same day.

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before leaving our warehouse.

  • Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES (USA) Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: $8.00 USD

    • Estimated Delivery: 4-7 Business Days (After processing).

  • Orders over $75 USD: FREE Standard Shipping.

    • Estimated Delivery: 4-7 Business Days (After processing).

  • Express Shipping: $20.00 USD

    • Estimated Delivery: ~3 Business Days.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We offer international shipping to most countries.

  • Rates & Times: Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

  • Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ethos Streamlined Performance is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Ethos is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
