RETURN & REFUND POLICY
THE "PERFECT FIT" GUARANTEE Finding the perfect fit shouldn't be stressful. We want you to feel invincible in your Ethos gear. That’s why we offer Free 30-Day Returns on all our collections. Go ahead—try it on, squat-test it at home, and check the fit. If you don't absolutely love it, send it back for free.
1. RETURN WINDOW You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
2. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

Original Tags: Must be attached and in original packaging.

Note: We encourage you to try on items like leggings with underwear for hygiene reasons.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. HOW TO START A FREE RETURN We’ve made it easy. To start a return, simply contact us at team@ethosstreamlined.com with your Order # and reason for return.

We will send you a Pre-Paid Shipping Label via email.

Pack your items, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier location.
5. REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. EXCHANGES Need a different size? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
